Dear Distinguished Colleagues,
The Interpreting and Translation Research Institute (ITRI) at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) cordially invites you to its 20th International Conference.
Co-hosted by the Graduate School of Interpretation and Translation(GSIT), the conference will showcase a program prepared under the theme of “The Roles and Identities of Interpreters and Translators in an Ever-Changing World.”
With the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping across the world, interpretation and translation are standing in a vortex of unprecedented changes. Amid this period of uncertainty, we hope this conference will offer interpreters and translators a chance to reflect on the past to better understand their present and forecast their future.
This year’s conference will beheld via Zoom Webinar, and we will send pre-registered guests an invitation link to join the meeting.
